So this is the deal;
I don't really want to sell my Ogre army, honestly I actually don't! But me and my Mrs totally need to get away for a bit. We need a holiday. We have a bit of a trial ahead of us and I need cash. Quickly.
I put my Ogre army up for sale on ebay and the highest offer I got was £100. That's generous, however I think it cost me nearly £1000 to put together. So maybe not that generous. It got me to thinking that, if I really want money and I would like (though I guess its not really essential) the army to go to a good home, then it would be best to offer it up here....the home of the true Ogre Kingdoms lovers, first and foremost!
So, this is the deal;
even though it has cost me the price of a half decent second hand car (in the UK) to put together...the considered opinion is that its not worth what I expected, despite conversions a plenty and the inclusion of FW models etc etc.
I will accept all offers over £250. I will take your offer and hold on to it until 28th July (that's next Tuesday people) at 20:00 in England. The highest bidder, over and above £250 will get the pleasure of this army all for their very own. Will be looking for Paypal transfer of funds, when the money hits my account, the army hits the road! Simple as! I would greatly appreciate it if you don't actually want the army, then don't PM me! I truly do need to get this sorted, so if your not really in the market for owning all these models, please don't make an offer. Thanks
What you will get;
everything I stated in the thread that I have linked at the bottom of the post.
What you wont get:
Well, you will get everything stated in that thread, minus the Lamasu and Bits box. But everything else is yours!!! Sent to your door, or even delivered in person if I can pull that off and your in the UK.
You will have to add on the postage to your address...I will tell you what that is when the auction finishes. It wont be more than £20. If it is, then I will take a hit on that and pay the difference! Oh, and if you have just rocked up on the forum and posted like once...well sorry, but I am going to impose a 50 post minimum limit on bidders...and that's not 50 posting in the word association game either!!!
So, bids for £250+ and remember you must add on £20 postage (at the most!). PM me with offers and the highest bid above £250 at 20:00 on the 28th July wins the army! What you do with it then, is up to you! Sell it on ebay and make a killing! Keep it, flog it, do what you will!! Its yours!
It is my hope that this will at least ensure that someone who loves ogres gets the chance to have the opportunity to own my army. Oh, and I will be building another one...but for now I need to take my beautiful girlfriend away so "needs must when the devil drives".
