Ogre Army for Sale...

I never thought I would be saying this...ever! But I have reached a point in life where I need to make some cash and the only thing I have left of any value is my Ogre army 

I will post up some pictures and a detailed list of the army on offer, but I thought I would let you guys know first before I offer my army up for sale to the world at large.

This does not mean I am giving up on Ogres, just that I need to start again after selling this army off!

I need to sell in one job lot, so don't even think about asking me if I will split it or "how much for the Giant powered Ironblaster?". Its all or nothing sadly.

76 Gnoblars (mostly proper ones, not the battalion box "freebies". Converted command, 4 trappers)

2 Ironblasters (1 with giant, 1 with Skaven mount)
6 Maneaters (5 Converted)
3 Mournfang (all made as Rhinox w/ Forge World Thunderlord)
3 Mounfang (all dragon ogres; counts as. Correct bases)
1 Mournfang (Converted metal tyrant)

3 River Trolls (counts as Yhettis)

3 Giants (1 Forge World siege giant)
1 Thundertusk (not completed, but with everything)

(and yes Havoc, I am pretty gutted it has come to this, but ill health of a family member means that RL has to take precedence over my hobby. Such is life! Ive built an army once, I can do it again!)

Yes  It was not easy actually putting all the stuff together and realising just what I have and thinking about how I put it together, etc etc.

But the reality is that it is all I have left of value. I wanted to chuck it up here first; just on the off-chance that someone here wants to snatch this lot up before it goes on ebay, gumtree, Facebook etc and is lost in the echelons of time.

I haven't mentioned price yet, purely because I wanted to see if there was any interest here first, because once it hits Fleabay or the others then I am going balls-out mercenary for cash; but for the members on the forum I am prepared to try and make it as reasonable a deal as I can, whilst getting the money I need to fulfil my commitments.

Sad times I am afraid.

Well you may want to wait till 9th before ebaying it as prices are low currently out of fear

Im not sure that waiting until 9th will make much difference. The real problems is that all "leaked" photos show models on round bases and there is a likelihood that 9th will end up being a 40k style skirmish game without Ogre armies in it.....

....fear or not, it could be the case that and army that cost over a £1000 to build could turn out to be worthless.

The same thing happened to me with Chaos Dwarfs. Im just not that lucky I guess!

Do you have an idea of how much you are chasing for this? Just a ballpark figure?

I need to get £450-£500.
