Hello,
I've been waiting for around two months for the delivery of my Ogre Kingdoms Army Book from totalwargamer.co.uk, and they have repeatedly assured me of their intentions to dispatch my order immediately. However, obviously, this was not true, and after multiple excuses as to why they have failed to deliver my order, I've grown rather tired.
So my question is this: has anybody here had any dealings with this site in the past, and if so, how did they interact with you?

Yes I have had orders with them and yes they were very late.
We live about 8 miles from the store so I kept telling them via the stores facebook page if I didn't receive my items I would be paying them a visit. I did get my items after this.
Im sure there is another thread on the Ogre stronghold about them.

There have been numerous threads about them on here, and were I at a PC I'd provide links below.
From what we've heard on here, and several people's firsthand experiences, they are awful. Painfully slow, if the product ever actually does turn up. Minimal customer service, which consists of lies and excuses. Request a refund and avoid at all costs!

After all, painting 100 night goblins is something you do in the morning just before you are off to work.
And I think you missed a 0 when you wrote 11 armies. The correct nr should be 110 armies I would think, based on your painting speed.

Actually had issues with this company recently and had a thread on it here:-

There is a big complaints thing on youtube here with many customers that have gone through the same. Here-

Interesting rumour that Total Wargamer has closed. Though not sure about that.
However apparently MYTHREAL games is also owned by the same owner. Not sure if true but I know I wouldn't take the risk so just be careful and do your research on them before buying anything.
