Check out this recently released undead Ogre by Warploque Miniatures, I think it would make a great Gorger in a pirate-themed Ogre army:



Veteran Stronghold members may remember the sculptor of this Ogre as WarplockMonkey on our forum, who started sculpting from a very young age and has since gone on to create minis professionally :)

I found some Hillbilly Gnoblars at Warploque Minis. Really cool and one has even a banjo!
