If you wish to trade here at the Stronghold, you agree to abide by the following:
Trading Agreement
1. Trades must not be false, inaccurate or misleading. Hobby related trades only please.
2. Do not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
3. Fraudulent traders or traders involved in the sale of counterfeit or stolen items will be banned on the spot.
4. Do not be in breach of any applicable laws or regulations (including, but not limited to, laws governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising).
5. You agree to indemnify and hold the website and its owner harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
6. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
7. By agreeing to this document, you stipulate that you cannot hold the owner, website or anyone connected to it to any legal claims under any manner or circumstance, regardless of your own circumstances.
8. You agree that this service is provided free to those who use it. You are responsible for tax and any other costs arising.

If you're buying something from an unfamiliar member, it is recommended that you ask for photo evidence of the minis first.
If you're selling some of your own minis, always ask for payment first.
eBay links and bargain links are permitted.
A note to traders: please lock your threads within this section when there is no more use for them, so that members aren't misled into thinking your items are still on offer when they're not.
