As alot of you may have seen i havent been too active lately.My band and tattoo work have been taking up alot of my time.My band are very close to being signed we have important gigs cominmg up with hocico and xp8.We have also played gigs with grendel,cruxshadows,die krupps,modulate and faderhead.My best mate has recently gotten into warhammer.So now im back. Im going to try to update this at least twice a week when i can.Im very busy so dont get as much warhammer time as id like.I threw my traitor guard idea out of the window and have basically gone ack to loyalist guard.Today i had quite a good painting day and managed to get 10 kasrkins,a chimera,10 guardsmen,command squad,sentinel and a vindicare partly painted.I paint in fairly big batches and will be finishing these at the weekend. Today i had quite a good painting day and managed to get 10 kasrkins,a chimera,10 guardsmen,command squad,sentinel and a vindicare partly painted.I paint in fairly big batches and will be finishing these at the weekend.
Wow, that's a lot of paintwork for one day!
Although im busy im hoping to stick to painting at least one thing every week.Keep me motivated guys lol i actually want to keep this army going!

I haven't seen a baneblade in person yet, and ZOMFG! that thing is huge. The chimera came out very well. I like the colors, and you pulled off the camo with a good amount of skill.

I love the ice camo onthe chimera, although some of the white parts could do with another layer. a whole bunch of them painted up like that wil look very striking on the table top

5 Chimera 2 Griffin 2 Hellhound 2 Leman Russ 1 Leman Russ Demolisher 1 Basilisk 1 Predator 1 old Landraider missing lascanons these are the models i have just got in a trade i already have 2 chimeras,6 russes,2 basilisks and my hellhammer so i have quite a few tanks to be getting on with!!! I want to get a macharius from forgeworld and another baneblade to convert into a fortress of arrogance.I also want to look into making some hydra flak tanks and manticores.

this weekend i intend to finish all the models i have started and get more pictures then if i get the chance i want to get a command hq squad (yarrick,officer,standard,medic,2 grenades and nork deddog) a missile launcher squad and a leman russ started.Once all my other tanks arrive and i work out a good routine for painting im hoping to get a tank and a infantry squad (or equivalent) done every week. Ill also have to start thinking up some sort of fluff or something

im tempted to paint up a mortar squad and a basilisk im not sure yet but i have these following models on the way.I cant wait for them to arrive!! 2 cadian officers,1 commissar,solar macharius,ursarker creed and jarren kell,4 sanctioned psykers,techpriest,vindicare(my 5th!!) and a culexus.I have about 8 commissars so a few will get chopped up and made into tank commanders for my commissar leman russ tanks i also won confessor kyrinov BNIB off ebay for £3 including postage yay

The traitors of Kharadon Basically keeping all armoury stuff the same i think but only csm can use csm equipment guard can only use guard etc there may be a few items i change but im not sure atm and marks need workin on because i want all units to have mark of nurgle characters must have it where applicable HEADQUARTERS Problem here is what to do with the special characters i have if you have any ideas/suggestions for special characters represented by yarrick,macharius,iron hand straken and creed etc

i managed to make 25 traitors everyone! i decided that im going to make each left shoulderpad look like diseased flesh with greenstuff the right shoulderpad will just be painted with the mark of nurgle then i will add some bits of rust and dirt etc it just means that everything i have already painted doesnt need totally redone from scratch

Just a small thought re the army list - I'd keep the Spawn in fast attack like the chaos codex as in troops they'll be able to claim objectives
Otherwise the list looks good... the special characters though, now they're tricky... of course you could just use them as non-special characters I'll have a think, see if i can come up with anything

nearly 80 zombies arrived today so my horde of plague zombies grows yet again i really want to make some zombie tyranids does anyone have any spare?
my palanquin is way behind i cant think up of good ideas i think something and when i sketch it it doesnt seem to work grr got modellers block atm!
i still have 14 plague marines to make aswell as sorting a few other conversions out. I have been thinking of using ghouls as my mutants/plaguebearers its an idea im still working on i think

Well for the Kugath sculpt I used strips of balsa wood, cut, splintered and mangled, and made them into a rough platform. Then you add GS for slime, disease, fungus and what have you that literally holds the palanquin together.

ooh... an expensive one then... do you mean the hellstorm template, 7" template or 10" template
How about a T test or take a single wound - anywhere between AP1 and AP4 (inv saves still allowed) - any model that dies as a result gets replaced with a plague zombie to be placed where the dead model was
T Test keeps it to best chance to wound of a 4+ (vs T3 models) but still allows a chance to hurt even the biggest
S5/6 vs open topped vehicles - can only cause glancing hits
hope this is for a hell of a beastie to affect the kind of area covered by apoc templates

i might have to put my ogre epidemius on a back burner for a while so imgoing to concentrate on my conversion for Saltack Drakaan,servant to the arch tyrant of kharadon.Im thinking of using Ahriman to represent him or the terminator lord model.Im still not fully decided on what im wanting to do. Also ive been thinking of the arch tyrant i have no clue what im wanting him to be theres a few ideas which one should i go for? 1.plastic termie lord converted to be abit like typhus 2.crazy demon prince conversion made from heresys tunnel dweller 3.heavily converted ogre model made to look like a huge flesh golem 4.Something like the old necromunda karloth valois figure Im also thinking of making different versions of him 1 to represent him when he first became a traitor and began his cult of nurgle (possibly use the redemptor kyrinov figure) then when he became a terminator lord through earning his gods favour,Then when he became a terminator abomination through gifts from nurgle and fabius biles experiments.Next will be him achieving his demon princehood even though hes a disgusting mutated zombie.... Either way im expecting there to be at least 2 different versions of him well have to see what ideas pop up into my head.
Does anybody have a carnifex? i need one for my zombiefex also i need some tyrandi models and the tyranid codex

nice one i just spent abit of time sketching and came up with a nice plan for the arch tyrants personal plaguetower its looking good once sketches are finalised ill start making it also 2 other superheavies in the works a normal plaguetower and a stompa just need some orks now
