A Short History of the Bloodsplatterer Tribe

Gorrag Bloodsplatterer: When Gorrag challenged the Tyrant Rargh Rocksmasher for the leadership of the tribe, the resulting pit fight changed the entire way of life of the Rocksmasher tribe. After brutally ripping open Rargh's arteries with his bare teeth, and spraying blood all over the cheering audience of Ogre Bulls and Bruisers, Gorrag was giving the title of Bloodsplatterer by the Butchers, and the tribe was renamed in his honour.
The tribe also abandoned its favourite pastime of smashing rocks on top of the mountain beasts, in favour of killing them in whatever way produced the most blood possible.

The Bloodsplatterer Battle Standard: The Rocksmasher standard of hanging rocks was thrown away and replaced by a standard that displayed the bloody nature of the Bloodsplatterer tribe. With no original ogre designs, the battle standard is  a mass of shredded, torn, muddied, and (rather predictably) bloodstained banners from most of the races of the Old World, including banners of Brettonia, the High Elves, the Orcs and the Skaven. Most of these banners were not aquired by the tribes army though. The Bloodsplatterer tribe is famous for its Maneaters, who travel the Old World, collecting the standards of armies the have met, defeated, and eaten. The standards are eventually taken back home, to be added to the now oversized Battle Standard.

The Border Princes: Tiring of life in the Mountains of Mourn, Gorrag decided to move west, and the tribe found themselves in the realms of the Border Princes. Quickly seizing land, the ogres had found themselves a new home, one where food is never far away, be it man, elf, dwarf, or something more tasty...
