Legio XIII Mortis

That is really cool, if a little wagony. It's made from TK bits only, right?

If by RAW, you mean "Reg06's Audacious Whims", then you'd be right.

Correct. I still have a heap of bitz left, so I was wondering if I should add or subtract anything before I prime?
keep it as it is :)
"i dont do small armies"

Looks great, quite unique and well done.  You having skelies yoked up to pull it also?

I think it could use some laser guns, or maybe a rocket pack. That'd be tight. ;).

Or you could leave it as is because it looks cool.

He had:
Warboss, BSB, 2 shamans
3 units of 30 boyz
black orcs
2 bolt throwers, 2 stone throwers
2 giants.

We deployed in very convential manner. My three skeleton units and Grave guard opposing his boyz and black orcs. I had a Varghulf and a BK unit on each flank, he had artillery and giants.

I started the battle by increasing my three skeleton units to 30-something, and we both advanced cautiously. Not much happended magic/shooting-wise.

In his second turn, Avian got of a Waagh! spell and destroyed one BK unit with his black orcs, and one Varghulf with a Giant(I test on I2 or suffer 2D6 wounds!). However, this also put several of his units within reach. One of his arrer boyz units hit my left black knights, broke and the knights pursued them to a very nice position in the greenskin rear. His right giant was charged by my Grave guard, who caused four wounds, broke him and ran him down.
My general and BSB in their skeleton unit charged the orc general and boyz, breaking and running them down.

In subsequent turn his BSB unit charged a skeleton unit, killed a few, were then rearcharged by black knights and ran down, while the remaining boyz unit got a flank charge from my generals unit and were also destroyed. This effectively destroyed his magic defense and although the black orcs charged my grave guard they were unable to destroy them, and were themselves ripped to shreds by GG striking first on 3+ to hit, with rerolls. My general risked running across open ground to help them out, but he wasn't really needed.

At this point we called it quits, as he only had his artillery and a giant left, and I could raise and use magic moves at will.

I'm a bit worried about the power level of the VC army so far, but I need more playtesting. Also, The infantry-heavy orcs were almost an ideal victim for my army.

During easter I found time to finish my first Grave Guard unit:

They're almost finished, but probably need another round of highlighting the bone, dirtying the red cloth and adding rust to their Great weapons.
They look good, but why'd you choose samurai as the elite warriors of your Roman undead army?

Cost, looks and availability. They're half the price of GW's new plastics, which weren't available when I started this project. And I'm not too keen on the overdone skull and death motifs of GW.

But, I do have a problem explaining how they go in my Roman army:-)
