Extending to 2000pts

I am finally building a 2000pts list... I have stacks and stacks of ogres on sprues sat in my room and have decided to build the rest of my army...

So 2000pts is the aim at the moment... any help or ideas?

I do not want to add a slave giant any gnoblar warriors or a hunter... I would happy make anything else for the army.... I am mainly concerned about what to do with my rare slot.....

I am thinking about another butcher with the halfling cookbook...

Also I will not have units of ogres with 2 ranks as they arnt very good...

So any suggestions would be really really helpful!

At 2000pts I'd say another Butcher is mandatory, at the very least for extra magic defence (unless your opponents don't use magic much). Why no Dispel Scrolls? I always find it useful having a couple of them lying around to deal with the nastiest spells.

Also, something you appear to lack here are throwaway units, you can't sacrifice your Bulls or Ironguts as you have banners in each which would mean easy victory points for your opponents. Gnoblars can fill this roll, but I know you don't want any units of Gnoblar Fighters so I'd go for naked Bulls with no command. You can get 3 for a relatively cheap 105pts. Put this unit out in front and use it to draw enemy units in, don't be afraid to flee charges with this unit if you can draw your enemy into unfavourable positions on the board.

I basically agree with Hragged.  Only thing I might suggest on the naked bulls is a bellower, being able to rally on an 8 instead of a 7 gives you a lot more reliablity.

MisterHeavy's suggestion is a good one too, as your likely to be fleeing with that unit of Ogres it would be nice to have the extra chance of rallying.

I am concidering adding man eaters... I am currently working on some extreme conversions and would like to maybe get a pair in there... along with a butcher!

Sounds good, but I wouldn't bother with the Cookbook if I was you, doesn't often cover it's value, try the bangsticks instead.
