I was thinking to put tyrant or buther but they cost "much" point so ...
Well, the thing is, your army has to have a general, so you have to have at least a bruiser. You cant have a tyrant under 2k, and your army MUST have a general, so you have to take a bruiser. Try a wyrdstone necklace and either a siegebreaker or a great weapon, and heavy armor on the bruiser, with a luck gnoblar for the save re-roll.
3 bulls bellower,standard, light armour 138
3 bulls bellower,standard, light armour 138
You've got the right size for your units, for sure, units of 3 are great. For your bulls, however, they're generally used to bait a charge from your opponent and then flee from it, or as a flanking support unit, so you need to run them light and cheap. Additionally, just light armor only gives the bulls a 6+ armor save, which you will either rarely ever roll, or it will be negated by a st 4+ hit. Finally, since your bulls are more or less "fodder" and used as charge bait and the like, they don't really need standards. They're expendable units, so don't put a ton of points on them in the form of standards. Bellowers are fine to help them rally after they've baited a charge, but they dont need standards.

3guts 144
Again, good size for the units. I personally say that ironguts don't
need bellowers, but Wildcard will come in here with his "bellowers are good" rhetoric and blah blah blah

. I don't put bellowers on my ironguts as I plan to win combats with them and not have to rally them often, but this is an opinion matter.
24 gnoblar,groinbiter 50
The groinbiter is a pretty useless upgrade unless you just need to fill in two points. For the points spent, you can have 8 trapers for 48 points, and they're a lot more versatile. Gnoblar fighters do have their uses, but if you choose to keep them, trim down to 21 of them. Thats enough for their roll as speedbump and part-time flanker, and at 21 in the unit, 6 must die before they have to panic.
2leadbelchers thunder fist., bellower 130
2leadbelchers thunder fist., bellower 130
Unit champ upgrades are a waste of points. In these two champ upgrades, you have spent 40 points and it is netting you 2 attacks. You can take those same 40 points and buy an ogre bull with an extra hand weapon, who gets 4 attacks and has 3 more wounds. Drop the champs and buy more ogres.
Bellowers are good on leadbelchers, as long as you understand how to bait and flee from charges with your leadbelchers.
2Gorger 150
At 1.5k, you only have 1 rare choice. Drop a gorger and buy more ogres, or drop both and get another unit of ironguts.
Maneater heavy armour,great weapon,brace of handguns 96
This would be your 3rd rare choice so thats now two over

If you drop both gorgers and the maneater, you can afford to buy your army the bruiser that it requires to be the army general, and maybe have a few points left over.
At any rate, the composition is a bit off. You need to pick up a general, and since each gorger counts as 1 rare slot (they cannot form units of multiple gorgers) and the maneater is a rare choice, you need to drop at least two of them. I'd probably drop all three for a nicely equipped bruiser and then see where your points sit at.
Social lives are for losers who don't understand the value of a 3+ save.
