does the regeneration from the trollguts spell count as an armour save when going up against Bastet, a cat that accompanies Neferata from the VCs. Bastet special rule is when next to a unit that unit must reroll armour saves.

No there are three saves: armour ward and regeneration.
Troll guts is regeneration and not armour save.
