My 2nd ever OK/WFB battle

I played another game at my GW with their store Ogres against my mates Dwarfs. A rematch you could say. I used the same list as in my other battle report, and he used more or less the same but he had a Thane instead of Runemaster (?), a Bolt Thrower instead of 2nd cannon and Organ Gun instead of Flame Cannon.

Well... it wasnt looking good. He had killed all 6 of my Bulls, a handful of Gnoblars and 2 of my Leadbelchers before I could drop a single model.

The first time 1 pair of Leadbelchers fired they rolled a misfire (causing 6 hits, 4 wounds, ouch) and a 4, which did nothing. That, combined with my losses, made me convinced I was in for a loss.

Well... once my Gorger arrived (my turn 2, yay) and my Ironguts hit combat without a single casualty, the game was over. My Gnoblars took out the Bolt Thrower crew, my Gorger the Organ Gun crew + a few Thunderers + the Thane and my Ironguts + Bruiser happily mopped up EVERYTHING else (Thunderers, Cannon, Warriors with Great Weapons and some Longbeards).

Once again, the Bruiser, Ironguts and Gorger were truly game winning units. The Gnoblars didn't do badly either.

By the end of the game he was wiped out and I still had an unharmed Bruiser, 2 Ironguts and a whole heap of Gnoblars left. Another win to the Ogre Kingdoms!

I found out, the first times I played, that ogres are a slow winning army, and while in the first turns, you might seem like loosing, when you reach the enemy lines, you start tunring things around...
Too many times I took advantage of the enemy's confidence, and whiped him out in turns 4-6.

Mhh i have never fought dwarfs but i have seen them in action, and i must say that he realy did some damidge for one turn.
