Games Workshop Tape Measure - $112.00
That one killed me
I have a feeling that this isn't totally accurate (though we do make fun of the guy in our group who purchsed the tape measure). Some of the models listed in the june releases haven't hit store shelves or even hinted that they are being released so I would take anything on that sheet with a grain of salt.

Most exciting thing to me, and that I might just shell out (the $0 
) for - "Chaos Tide of Spawn"
Lots of neat stuff in the next 6 months. High Elves look like the fantasy release, but 40k is getting some intense, apocolyptic and/or green love.

Remember these are the prices that are sent to GW stores and INDY stores. For example, look at Huron Black heart, list price of $34. The way the stores gets him are in a box of two blisters so his price is more like $17.
It is very possible the Measuring tape comes in a stand or some form of box with a bunch of them in it

The tape measure just always kills me as it is fairly low quality (in fact the one I checked out was more accurate then the red sticks, which are off about a half inch every 12, but was still off a quarter inch over a foot) and about twice what you can get around ehre at Home Depot.

Personally, I'm leaning towards what Jestor said. It's cool to see 'leaked' releases, but since a lot of this stuff gets out garbled/in the early stages, the dates may be subject to negotiation by GW between now and then.
