Hey all. Bought these minis from Rackham to represent either my Tzeentch-themed Butchers or general Maneaters.
NOT my paintjob!

Those are pretty cool models. As a rule I don't like mixing the companies, but who cares, they look cool.
Your screen name is killing me though, thats one of my and my wife's favorite parts of that movie <<still LOL>>

great models, a friend of mine is going to get them for his confrontation army. And I get my inspiration for my warpaint from them.
They fit maneaters more then Butchers I think.

Very cool models, but unless you're heavily converting the rest of the army to fit they'd stand out a bit too much - the Rackham stuff is heavily stylised compared to the GW stuff and they'd stand out like a sore thumb. (then again, if they are Maneaters, they're meant to stand out a bit!)
Would be excellent for a Nipponese Oni-themed ogre army though

I'd be inclined to agree. the models are really fantastic (as most of the rakham stuff is) but it might a bit out of place in a regular ogre army. You might want to consider adding a gutplate to the model to make it fit a biut more with the GW ogre aesthetic. looking forward to seeing your painted versions
thanks Corai

I think maneaters too but I can see why they might work as butchers given the teeth.

I definitely am a fan of mixing models, only because I can. Can't wait to see them with some of your paint on them.

Well the fluff for my list is that three Twin Brothers proved to be immense Butchers and whilst battling a Tzeentch Warband, attracted the attention of the Big Bird.
They managed to get their Tyrant possessed by a Daemon and now control him and his tribe. Here's their poor Tyrant (next on my shopping list....)

That's a relally nie model, and looks pretty good for a possessed ogre. A nice paintscheme (blue? ) would really set the theme off
Thanks corai
