in the campaign this year i am not sure what side to play as, my only finished army is skaven, my ogres will not be done in time, and my dogs of war are halfway.

I assume you're reluctant to use your Skaven or you wouldn't be asking this, so if you already have a few Ogres kicking about, how about an Ogre-heavy Dogs of War army? Bulls, Ironguts, Leadbelchers, and Maneaters can all be used in a DoW army.

Dint know where to bash this but its a link for all the army reference sheet. Might be of big use for Ogres that fight different army during the campaign. save the trouble of opening the huge book all the time...

i know the campaign is quite a while away, but i need to get started on an army now, i think i will use my ogres, as they are the quickest to build up. my skaven are my oldest and have nothing left to kill. my dogs of war are expensive and recquire major conversions. so i'm with the strong hold for this year, my army will only be 1500 points, but it will pack a punch.

Good plan! You'v got plenty of time to build up your ogre tribe, and if you need ideas/encouragment a gnoblog is a good way to ensure the project gets done!

Why not use Skaven but count it as Ogre wins when recording on the website?
That way when you finish your Ogre army you won't have to change your Nemesis Crown account.

Nothing personal, but what's the use of registering for a specific race then? 
... I've already seen the same comment with Narmo Eressea on Da Warpath who uses his Wood Elves, but will register as an Orc. I don't know, but to me that just comes a bit close to cheating in the campaign.

I don't know what size of an army you're currently building, but if you've only done a part of it, look at it from the positive side. Smaller armies mean more battles possible in a day, which on itself means a higher chance of reporting a victory.
