So I found this old 'Warhammer Siege' book at the local half-price books. Picked it up. Its all about running a siege campaign using an older edition of warhammer.
Well me and a friend had a rare afternoon off so we attempted to run a siege campaign with age of sigmar. It was actually pretty fun. I had never ran a "campaign" before. We always just did one-off battles.
I didnt really have more than that. Just wanted to share! It was hilarious to watch my friends dwarves attempt to "sally" out of the fort and catch my ogres by surprise. The result was two blocks of painfully slow dwarves getting completely swallowed by several units of remarkably fast ogres in retaliation.
Anyone played these siege scenarios before? Or could I get recommendations of other books with similar campaign structures I could bring to Age of Sigmar?
