Is there any American Football fans out there?

Favourite team? Who do you think's going to make it to the Super Bowl this year? The Ravens are my team, who put on one hell of a show against the Saints last night!

I am also a Ravens fan!

I'm routing for the Eagles this year because I want to see Tebow and Sanchez win. After the debacle that was Woody Johnson's New York Jets I hope that both of them can end up coexisting on the same team. I also hope that all the Tebow nay sayers will finally stop and he will play like he did in Denver.

Big Philly fan here!  I'm routing for the Eagles, but Imo I think GB is the favorite for the SB.

Being an Australian, I don't get a huge chance to watch NFL games, (they're on in the middle of the next day for us) but I always take a day off to watch the Superbowl live (it's a family tradition).
I don't really have a "team" but I've always been partial to the 49ers because my initials are SF. But this (pre-)season I've got a good reason to barrack for them, Jarred Hayne, the Aussie trying out for the team, and it's looking good. Tomorrow's preseason game against the Houston Texans will determine what position he (hopefully) gets for the season.

SEAHAWKS! Let's make this a 3rd straight year to the Superbowl, baby!

(and preseason's never been a precursor of the actual season... heh, heh... )

I'm so glad to see a few Eagles fans here! I am a massive Eagles fan, and hope to save enough one day to fly out to Phillie to see them!

Some very interesting roster shuffling during the off season, but I'm very keen to see how Bradford, Tebow and Murray perform for us! NFC East is ours for the taking

In terms of the Superbowl, I can't see past Green Bay or New England, but as for who they'd face... I can't see the Seahawks getting there again. They were lucky last year.

I'm not an Eagles fan. I just root for the teams or players that interest me. Packers are always interesting but Philly having both Tebow & Sanchez is something to watch.

I've a soft spot for a few teams (Dolphins as a UK based NFL fan, New England because I'm a huge fan of several of their players, and Packers because I almost chose them before settling on Eagles), but as far as watching teams due to exciting players, off the back of this weekend's friendlies, Eagles are a team to watch for sure. Tebow had a great game for example!

I'm still not sure. He got a good run out on Sunday, didn't he? I can't remember, but I could've swore he was the second string QB?

He'll find it tough to stay ahead of Bradford and Tebow in the starting order though...

Tebow comes in handy in red zone situations. Sanchez is the backup after Sanford, I think they'll cut Barkley.  Sanchez is a very good backup.  How many teams can say their backups (Sanchez & Tebow) have playoff experience?

Sanchez is not a good backup or starter. He gets nervous when rushed in the pocket and he is the reason why the Eagles didn't enter the playoffs last year. I have been patient with the guy but after 5+ years of not getting better and only steadily getting worse, he has to go now.

Vikings fan here. One of my happiest recent memories was going to the Jaguars Cowboys game at Wembley. It was awesome.

Gotta feel that Green Bay could easily get to the Superb Owl...Much as it pains me to say it.

I agree with you on that Panda. Green Bay has been a contender for years and it doesn't look like it will change until Arron Rogers & Co. start to retire.

I have mixed feelings regarding Rogers. He is clearly the best QB around, and while he has weapons at Green Bay he could create offence on any team. He's just that good. I just wish he wasn't in our division.

As much as I'm bias with my team, I really can see the SB being packers/Ravens. With Brady being out for 4 games, I think they're just not gonna be 'that good' this season, plus I can't stand them! Aha, also the last time a Ravens player announced retirement at the end of a season we won the super bowl, Steve Smith Sr. Announced his retirement sooooo lets hope history repeats itself

@Panda: I understand your feelings Panda. It is hard to hold on when your favorite team is struggling in their division. Maybe someday the Vikings might do better but that seems a long ways off.

@toaster: I dislike the Patriots alot. They are cheaters who always get away with it unpunished. Brady being out for 4 games is not a punishment. Taking away the team's rings is a punishment. The corruption in sports is sickening and it really turns me off. I just check scores and standings to see how the season is going. Watching live games hasn't been a part of my life for awhile and I got better things to do.

I feel like this Vikings team is on the up so hopefully given their strength of schedule and divison hit an 8-8 season.

The Patriot succession of scandals leaves a really bitter taste, totally agree about the corruption in NFL and sports in general. Sadly I see corruption, nepotism and the like alot at my work. Seems like its everywhere. Still love 'sports' though, would still play Baseball for my local team if I didnt have other commitments. Living in the UK I would have to pay either Sky to watch games , which isn't gonna happen given their past business practices, of the NFL directly which again isn't gonna happen...

Corruption is everywhere in this world. It is simply Satan's domain and it will be destroyed in the end. Good thing that God the Father is going to make a brand new uncorrupted world for those who love and obey him. With the literal filth and unfairness of this planet that promise is certainly worth waiting for.
