Detachable lookout gnoblars

I was wondering how you would go about having look out Gnoblars that are detachable so that WYSIWYG?

The basic ogres come with a nice little banner with a crow's nest up the top. If you paint the gnoblar that comes in the unit, he can quite easily be put in or out (as long as you don't glue him down!  :>P)
