Which Chapter Rules for the Space Marine force?

If you have Scout models, I would go Imperial Fists and knock one tactical squad to a scout squad. Get the most out of the bolter shots that way.

Can't say much about the Dark Angels part though.

The scouts for marines idea would be good but they have a lot less staying power. The deathwing terminators are all deepstriking so our units on the ground need to be able to survive till they arrive. (My friend also hates scout models).

He isn't sure on what chapter tactics he is taking yet, we will do some play testing.

For staying power then Iron Hands.
