Ogrox I think you have your answer here ^ already! There is no need for me to add much to this; but I will, because that's the kind of guy I am!!

I have never played a game with Ogres where I haven't taken leadbelchers! Never. Now I look upon it, I ought to give it a try...but it has never happened yet. They are Ogres with big guns...drop the big guns, they are still ogres and that is not to be sniffed at (ignored!). I usually run 2x4. I have run them in many other varients, but 2 units of 4 have always done me proud.
Sabretusks. Kitties...whatever you want to call them; they should be in! Single units (individual models) seems to work best...as many as you can get into the list. They look rubbish (unless you proxy/ change the model for say Fenrisian Wolves) but they are awesome at what they do. 3x1 is what I would suggest is the optimum.
It starts to stray into "choice" territory now. Mournfang were once the unit that would ensure that your enemies pants were full of the brown stuff when ever they were placed on the table. That is not as true today as it once was.
If your using them then 2x3 or 1x4 and 1x2 is the way I have used them. I always aimed to have 6 on the list (depending on points) and split them as suggested ^. Having said that, at lower points just knock off the number of units.
These days it seems that Maneaters are the opium of the age. A unit of 6 seems to be the current thinking. They are cheaper and have the same manoeuvrability of Mournfang (swiftstride, poisoned attacks, brace of pistols etc) anyway...whatever you kit them out with they seem to do the job.
Gorgers are over priced and underrated. It does depend on the army your playing, but they can have their place and be well worth the points spent if you know exactly what you want them for and what you want them to do. Honestly, I have only ever played a couple of games with Gorgers. They rocked! But for no apparent reason, they never made it back onto my list....
Yhetees; never used them. Never seen the point. I did try and convert some river trolls into "ice trolls" to combat the poor model look of Yhetees...but I never finished they because there was never a time when they were going to make it onto any list I have written. That must say something.
And that's enough from me
