What paint set to get

I am thinking of starting out with an ogre army and was interested in painting them to look somethink like this:http://www.ogrestronghold.com/forum/index.php?topic=20747.0

Obviously I do not have the skill to do this, but was wondering if anyone could suggest a good starter paint set that would cover most of these colors (not fussed if I miss some of the finer details - if they come out 25% as good as his I would be happy).

Are GW paints the way to go or PP?  I literally have nothing but when I do buy I want to buy enough to paint all the standard minatures (planning on making an order online and so it will be cheaper rather than buying in dribs and drabs).

Don't know about pp but gw doesn't do a set with those colours unless you buy the crazy mega paint set. Maybe an online retailer like element so you can get about ten colours you need a bit cheaper.
