It will be hard for many of us to offer proper advice as you will be fighting with so many other players. My only thought is that Irongut unit is huge. If you are not worried about its maneuverability stay as is, if you are then run two units instead
Samurai Ogres of Nippon

Personally, I feel like against the Skaven half, that list will be hard to use.  Then again, I feel like going against Skaven is like holding a bomb.  Take out their cannons quick and pray for the best.  Also, put an Iron Curse Icon on a character that intends to travel in the Iron Gut unit.  It's not much, but a 6+ Ward against warmachines is better than "Crap.  There goes half my unit"  Trust me.  I've been there.

Against WOC, that IG unit will be fun to use.  You could possibly grind them down, or mangle them in a turn.  Especially if they use great weapons on their warriors.

Against other Chaos parts: Dunno.  Beastmen have never been used, and I have only ever fought with Daemons, not against.

If  you're using forgeworld, I recommend the Rhinox Cav if you are allowed to use them.  I enjoyed using a unit of 7 with the Dragonhide banner, Iron Fists, and Heavy armor.  Point and kill.  They can stand their own in combat and are great at flanking.  They also don't die as easily, something I have always hated about mournfang.

Lore of Undeath I have noticed is really useful when going against other armies.  Create units of zoms in front of their stuff to prevent a charge, throw bat swarms so they strike at the same time as you, etc.  It's been my main lore when using OK lately.

I'm not sure if your store does this, but will you be using random Scenarios?  If so, will you possibly have Blood and Glory?  You might want more flags for that if you do.  If your store just rerolls that one like mine, then ignore this.
Everyone gets 1 free character that is named from the books, but i think the game is unlimited turn fight to the death, so we will have Nagash , Karl, ect
