Hey all, ive recently started doing warhammer batrep videos and am looking for feedback


There is my most recent one and im looking for feedback on the video and the game play

Nice report, maybe lacking a little bit of tactical knowledge. I know myself that i watch battler reports when the general is explaining why he does some things over others

May i suggest Sabretusks? They would help out a lot i feel

Will try to improve that and add a bit of explanation as to why i do what i do and why i think that's the right tactical decision or in the case of this game, why it isnt.

Already got 3 sabers, they look like boars tho

My bad, must have missed them. I had this playing in the background. What i am trying to say is that Dwarfs should be a positive matchup for us. We are fast, tough and hit like a wrecking ball

I just dunno without watching the game (again) in detail what to suggest. I have had great success with scouting maneaters vs shooting units and/or warmachines

FireStorm fours game 2 sees my ogres continuing onward and facing resistance in the form of a skaven army, hopefully we can earn a few points

As someone who played skaven for a while i have to say he was running a very soft list, mainly due to no massive Slave bricks and no BSB. To beat Skaven you need to go after that General and concentrate your forces. He spread out his units to spread yours thinly so he outnumbered you accross the board. Just food for thought next time you play vs Skaven

Yea i thought it was quite a soft list as well and did question him on this, turns out its just all the skaven models he had and he couldnt use his main army as someone else on his team was already running it. Game 4 is skaven as well

Thanks for the feedback on the video quality, i have starting doing it a bit differently now trying to talk on why i do what i do and ive also changed the way i record them. I now use a different application for audio so that i can run some noise removal and get rid of the humming my PC makes in the background

Did cause be over an hour of torment tho due to syncing issues until i rage quit and re-recorded xD

I wouldnt have backed off your mournfang from the Warlord with Fellblade but angled it so that they had to charge and awkwardly angle themselves. Allowing your Ironguts to charge into the unit behind

Quite right but i saw the possibility of it being chaffed up a turn, flank shot by an ironblaster the following turn and allowing your star in the unit behind that i presume was meant to be a bunker
