Hello there,
My name is Neil, I live in the west country and I play VC's. Excruciatingly awkward introduction out of the way. New year and its a great time to take the plunge and invest a large amount of time and money into a second warhammer army. Oh hang on....
Anyways this is the start of my new Ogre army who I have named the Meat Takers. I started of with a box of bulls and a iron blaster (plus some random bits like a giant which I have had for ages for some unknown reason) and was going to get a batallion box next month. Luckily some nice chap at my club sold me a pile of unwanted bulls and ironguts, metal butcher and tyrant, stonehorn and about a million gnoblars and bits for a snip so I'm laughing. They are currently sitting in an oil drum of dettol. Now one battalion and a few mournfang and that's probably all I'll need. Loving the ogres! Just need to get them painted.
I have entered this months painting challenge and here are few pics of my minimal progress so far...
Assembled bulls

Slightly converted butcher...

And a Gorger who needs a few highlights to finish...

Sorry about the poor photos. Any feedback most welcome. Laters 'taters!
