Hey guys, just starting up an Ogre list and I've got a few questions.

I have my Bruiser in the second rank (command models in the front) as he is just there as the BSB, when charging can I use his Strength for the Ogre charge or do I have to use the strength of the model making contact?

I also have a Firebelly in the second rank. Can I use a breath weapon when in close combat from the second rank? He technically is in close combat, and his unit is touching the enemy.

You can use his strength, but you have to make way with him and expose him to being targeted in combat. Make way happens before impact hits.

No. He is not in base contact with any enemy units, so he has no valid targets for his breath weapon.
