Thundertusk stonethrower/Gnoblar scraplauncher question

I think I have just stumbled across my own answer in the rule book.

So for multiple wounds on the "Sphere of Frost Wreathed Ice" I assume it only does D3 wounds on the high strength hit as per a sentence tucked into the middle of a big text block entitled "DAMAGE" pg 115 of the BRB.
"The stone throwers multiple wounds (D6) special rule applies only to the high-strength hit".

The Scraplauncher has it's Killing Blow special rule presented in exactly the same way as the Multiple Wounds for the TT. Does that affect all models struck by the launcher, or is it just KB for a single hit under the centre of the template?

I did try googling but couldn't really find a clear answer.

Last match i played against a veteran it was killing blow on all hits.

I have played it as KB on all hits.

Y'know, in the old book, it specified as having KB on all the hits. BUT, with how this is worded, it would look as though it would technically only apply to the center hit.

I would say, in the fairness of the model and the rules, that all the hits have KB, but only because nobody fields the Scraplauncher anymore, and it would make a mediocre model even worse if it didn't have that going for it

(although, honestly, I dunno, since again, nobody ever plays the Scrapper anymore )

Haha yea I guess. I could imagine it getting some joy vs odd armies, Bretts, WoC perhaps. Hitting quite a few models and throwing for 6's make their heavy armour vanish seems like a good theory, just perhaps not really reliable enough to justify the points.
