Most likely, yes at some point.
The thing a lot of hobbyists are wondering about is that will we be getting a book that's only about Ogres, or will the books be merged together. The End Times: Nagash combined the Undead armies, but then again, it's not clear as to whether the End Times stuff will be canon or just a campaign thingy that'll be forgotten about, like the 40k 13th Black Crusade campaign almost a decade ago...

There are numerous rumors suggesting Ogres will be piled into one book alongside the Dwarfs, Empire and Brets under a sort of Humanoid Faction. Hopefully this is all BS. It'll be a dark day for GW and WHFB if many of the 9th rumors are true.
