Well, I've gotten a few games in with the new GK, and I think they're pretty good. This is my preferred basis, which I'll explain, and talk about adaptation after.
Brother Captain w/Psycannon, Soul Glaive
10x Terminators w/2x Psycannons, and at least 1 hammer
5x Terminators w/Psycannon, Hammer
5x Strike Marines w/Incinerator
5x Strike Marines w/Incinerator
Storm Raven w/TL lascannon, TL Multimelta
Dreadknight w/Heavy Psycannon, Hammer, Teleporter
From there I build out, adding a librarian, or draigo, or a purifier/purgation squad to put in the Raven, or I'll take 2 5-man terminator squads, and include 5x Paladins for my BC to pal-around with. The key to the new book is the Nemesis Strike Detachment, which lets you Deep Strike on turn 1, and lets you shoot/run or run/shoot when you DS in. This makes the GK very nasty with a null-deployment, Alpha strike list. The BC goes in with whatever unit has 2 psycannons (whether its paladins, or the full 10-man terminators, or a combat-squaded 5-man terminator squad), and throws Prescience on them, giving you 3 TL psycannons. This'll be more than enough to kill something's side armor (unless its a knight) or tear into an infantry squad. Keep the psycannons off anything in power armor, since the new salvo rule on them really hurts. That being said, a 5-man squad with an incinerator is very cheap, and with the run/shoot after deep striking can make the most of the flamer template. For your list, I'd put the purgation squad in the land raider, armed with 4 incinerators, and start that on the board. Alternatively, you can run them as purifiers if you're low on heavy-support slots (the NSD only gets 2). Deep strike everything else that can, put in general you want multiple small units, so that you have more insurance against bad DS rolls, and can engage more targets. Sadly, the dreadnoughts aren't as good as they used to be, so it's up to you if you want to continue including them.
