Howdy

Greetings y'all, best wishes from CHI town. I'm just getting back into the game and in a way I'm really just starting because my previous experience is next to nothing. When I first got into WHFB (a decent while ago) I bought greenskins because I liked the look. The painting was more of a relaxtion/therapy thing for me and I didn't really know the proper techniques anyway, but hell I've never even played a game because I didn't have the time to learn and they have a really random play style. So, anyhow, last week I decided to get back into WFHB in earnest because I've currently got a lot of time on my hands. I chose the OK for a few reasons:
1. They like to eat (I'm an aspiring chef and big man so I can relate)
2. They have a straightforward, smashmouth play style (easier to get into the game and I'm a college offensive and defensive lineman so again, I can relate)
3. The models are awesome and they've been a blast to paint so far!

I'm as social as they come so please chat me up whenever; I look forward to finishing my army and embracing the community.

Well as your already on the road to being a chef (and thus a slaughtermaster!) your already half way there!

I would get a Gnoblog started up so you can post your progress of you ogre army and if you have any questions regarding painting techniques, green stuffing, converting rules etc, don't hesitate to ask!  There are many experianced hobbyist on the forums that will be more then happy to help.

Please post up some pictures of your ogres as you paint them; people love pictures of painted ogres; no matter how good or bad...it's like an addiction to us!
