Mournfang at 2500 pts to 3000 pts

Ok, we all know mournfang are awesome, but when is there enough of them?  I am wondering if at 3000 points, 2x unit of three each with heavy armor, iron fist, banner, and musician is a good idea.  At 2500 pts i am thinking a unit of four with heavy armor, iron fist, dragon bane banner, and musician.  So how does everyone field there mournfang at the higher level?

I ran 2 units of 4 and one unit of 2 in 2.4k at a recent tourney. Pretty rubbish to tell the truth. The unit of 2 was great, one with DHB was its usual self but the second unit of 4 did not bring much more to the table. I wished I'd brought MEs but I only ran the list for s**t and giggles so it didn't really matter. As a rule 4 with the kitchen sink is good. Units of 2 run as psuedo chariots are pretty good too.
