Nippon Samurai Ogres commission help

So I thought i came up with an original idea when i thought about doing a Samurai esq Ogre army for Warhammer fantasy battle but i was wrong once i started doing my preliminary research. I came across your fantastic Samurai Ogre army by the 2 black dragons:



So i am going to contact them for a quote however there are a few things i need help with; inspiration for

1. Slaughtermaster and Butcher
2. Do i need to think of alternatives for Sabretusks?

So my idea for a Slaughtermaster and Butcher is to have an Ogre Geisha and Maiko (An apprentice Geisha). Thoughts?

Have you considered sushi chefs for your butcher and slaughtermaster?

Sushi chefs sound awesome but are of course from an entirely different age to the nipon theme, which happens to fit nicely with cathay in the Warhammer universe. I love the idea of a Geisha and Maiko as slaughtermaster and butcher. Their powers can be explained by their assortment of deadly perfumes!
