I don't know how effective this list would be with only 2 heroes, but I wanted to see how much firepower I can get in a list. It's the reason I actually want to start an ogre army after Brets. This is centered around cannons and, to a lesser extent, ogre pistols. The only things that don't have them are those that cannot. Stubborn maneaters with pistols hold one flank, but everything pretty tight and concentrating firepower where possible. Too dumb?

I think Lore of Heavens and Death go really well in supporting a shooty Ogre list. I've even contemplate dropping 1 Ironblaster for this inclusion. Perhaps sub out the Maneaters for more Leadbelchers. That would be lovely to witness that 18 D6 worth of carnage can do with Soulblight/Harmonic Convergence.

18 leadbelchers would be fun. I do like the dual threat of the maneaters however. They're not quite as beefy in the shooting department but are still fantastic in close combat, giving me plenty of options there. Plus I like the idea of ogres with pistols!
I'm still playing around with the list a bit. I'll certainly consider the other lores and adding a level 1 butcher. One of the things I'm considering is going the other way and giving up on the magic phase for the most part and going with only a level 1 with a dispel scroll.

It would work with the heavens lore and the three LB units like this:
Lords & Heroes
Slaughtermaster: LV4 Heavens, Glittering Scales, Fencers Blades
Bruiser BSB: Dragonhelm, Luckstone, Ironfist & HA
Butcher: LV1 Maw Ironfist
Core
5 Ironguts Full Command, Standard of Discipline
10 Ogres Standard Bearer, Bellower
10 Gnoblars
Special
6 Leadbelchers Bellower
6 Leadbelchers Bellower
6 Leadbelchers Bellower
4 Maneaters Scout & Poison, Brace of Ogre Pistols, Bellower
Sabretusk

Going the other way (Tyrant instead) I would have:
Lords & Heroes
Tyrant: Brace of Pistols, Obsidian Lodestone, Dragonhelm, Sword of Might
Bruiser BSB: Talisman of Protection, Banner of Eternal Flame, Ironfist & HA, lookout
Firebelly: LV2 Dispel Scroll, Great Weapon
Core
10 Ironguts Full Command, Standard of Discipline
5 Ogres Full Command, lookout
Special
6 Leadbelchers Bellower
6 Leadbelchers Bellower
6 Maneaters Full Command, Scout & Poison, Brace of Ogre Pistols, Gleaming Pennant

Maneaters are much more powerful in the second version, as is the IG unit, although there is very little magic defense. The second version also has one fewer belchers unit.

Couple things I would do:
Lv4 on Heavens
Lv1 or Lv2 on Maw
And very importantly take Banner of the Eternal Flame on Man Eaters
