In a list containing Skrag is it worth running him without gorgers. If we do run gorgers, how many?

I would run 2 Gorgers which ensures at least one enters the game reliably

Whilst I think it's possible to design a list including him with minimal/no gorgers I think it's taking away the edge the list can bring. Provided Skrag gets enough kills some of those stacking abilities turn out to be pretty mad. remember as soon as Skrag kills someone those Gorgers are rockin' up to play.

Test out running them in units of 2 as well, you'd be surprised at how much more painful they become. But don't be afraid to spam them, they're quite potent in their own right and can easily shred smaller support units.
Just be wary of Skrag's Frenzy. That's the major kicker, means your BSB needs to be nearby and your list is likely already struggling for points.
Ogres - because who honestly likes 2 wound heroes?
