I'm after a Skrag model but GW dont sell it anymore any ideas on how to convert one
Ogres, cause whats better than livin in the snow and drinking

They come across ebay from time to time.

The first thing that comes to mind for converting would be the cauldron of blood. It would be easy enough to kitbash an ogre for skrag, greenstuff his arms up like the official model, plasticard weapon hands. You can get jewellry chain from cheap that would work perfect for the harness he pulls the cauldron with.

My GW store manager suggested Scylla as a starting point for conversion.  That with some green stuff would be epic!

If you fancy sculpting one this is probably the best I have seen (careful - this guy will make you feel inadequate)

I find the longer you look at it the more inadequate you feel.

Awe increases though, that's amazing.
