INTRODUCTION: Greetings to the mighty tribes of The Great Maw!
I have spent many many years away from Warhammer Fantasy, and while having played 40k, Warma-Hordes, and even a bit of Dark Potential in the interim, I have spent the better part of the last year and a half away from the hobby entirely. That being said, I felt it was finally time to get back into it, namely with my "Jumbo Mini's", the Ogres.
So what I will be presenting here to you is the transition from dusty old mini's that have never seen the table to 2,500+ points of a new Ogre tribe in the making. Along the way there will be plenty of pics of my progress in addition to a few tutorial moments on how I did things.
The tutorials are not to belittle your abilities or your knowledge on how this all works, it's just my way of helping out fellow gamers that may be able to make use of this information. I am by no means an expert at any of this, but I know that sometimes seeing how somebody else approaches a problem can help us in our own efforts. So if I can help even just one of you with a new trick that helps make your hobby experience more enjoyable, then the effort was well worth it in my book.
As always, critiques and comments are accepted and expected. If you have anything negative to say about my work that's fine, just don't say "That really sucks". Do me the favor and explain why it "sucks", and what I can do to fix it.
So here we go...
