Now THAT is a Slaughter Master!
What all did you have to saw away?
Make sure to do your absolute best at painting up that killing machine since he'll be the general of almost all of your games.

All I cut away was the left arm, and part of the left man boob, the man boob should have been left uncut. The arms are the extras I left over from my Tyrant. Really just an arm swap.

I hear some horror stories about GW and their Fincast, (maybe that is why the apparent switch to just plastic. What you say? Switch to plastic I say. I could be wrong but I believe all the Dwarfs released last month are plastic
) One of the Nid players in my local meta has four or five Lictors that GW sent as replacements, well for or five kits, one complete Lictor.I am not sure why plastic seems to be easier to mold, but it does. I have some M2E, second edition Malafaux, that are plastic, and I crapped my pants when I saw how small and how detailed they are. Blew my belief that another material was needed for detail out of the water.
I like to work plastic, since plastic cement gives you extra time till it sets, then "welds" instead of "gluing". I like metal the least of all since I have minimal practice with it. Mostly if you have the right tools, glue and practice, one can get through anything.
Have an Ogre-iffic day

.
You can see evidence of such in pic. It looks better. There may be more to do yet. Only time will tell.
