Fire Lore on Slaughtermaster

original thread ↗

Going to try and run my Tribal fluff past my gaming group.

Could anyone foresee any major problems with Lore of Fire on a Slaughtermaster, if that tribe is based around the Fire Mouth and worship that aspect of the Great Maw?
As long as it's just a friendly game, then no.
You shall fear the warppuppies for the warppuppies have teeth and are hungry, and forsooth they have decided that thy are crunchy and taste good with ketchup
As long as it's just a friendly game, then no.

+1, just clear it with your opponent.

As a side note, I think there should be a supplemental Firebelly Lord rules. I think there's already some of those around the House Rules Forums, but yeah... That would have made for a decent subtheme in the army (which, honestly, doesn't really have any good subthemes available, imho).
33 Gnobs! Over 3 Packs of Trappers! Woot!
Gibblet, Nibblet, Crunchybit (from Slaughtermaster achievement)

New book WLD: 20/10/2 - Yay tourney wins and random game win!

Thanks :)

The playgroup I'm with seem to be fine for little changes and tweaks as long as it runs with fluff (and as long as it's a friendly match) - so got to build and paint the SM now :)
Yeah I really wish they were more lax on the rule about having to take the Lore of the Great Maw especially on the Slaughtermaster with the introduction of the Firebelly in the Hero slot. Would make for some awesome themed armies. Really looking forward to how it comes out!
8th edition: 4-6-1 (as of Dec 2013)
Sounds really good fun, I like the idea of sub-themed Fire Ogres, additionally Ice themes would be interesting giving more of an excuse/reason to take Thundertusks and Yhetees.
