Warhammer 40k Power Rankings

Just like JJ's clever noticing of the popular thread "WFB Army Rankings", this post is beginning to circulate on other forums, here is a list to rank every army on competitiveness, fun etc. To rank an army, copy and paste the list below (quote if you want) and +1 and -1 to two different armies you feel deserve, and a short little description why.
I'll get the ball rolling:

In terms of "The META" shooty armies thrive, and it seems that the Tau are able to pump out an obscenely OP and stupid amount of firepower, that begs the question of how Vetock got to top Ward in terms of cheeze.

I have to lower Orks, because the more I play them, the more I see how much they lost in terms of gameplay. Charing can hurt Orks now more than ever, and their lack of reliable anti-tank weaponry is pretty bad when facing the ever so popular IG.

Tell you what, I'll make an executive decision like I did on the last one and suggest that only subtraction is allowed, otherwise it drags on forever and we aren't exactly a raging hotspot of 40k activity.
