Well this is a blog about the creation of my army well here goes

Army creation start date (pre stronghold creation) shortly after the orges came out I can't remember the date very well so long ago I bought the starter box and a tyrant model built them all in one night and that's how they have stayed for the last 10 years

Before giving up the hobby I bought a butcher never constructed him tho...

Few months ago came back to the hobby fallen in love with the game again shocked and horrified by the prices so eBay for the win

Started by building butcher and buying another starter pre painted army on eBay rocking me up to 11 bulls 9 ironguts 8 leadbelchers and 30 gnoblars 2 tyrants and 1 butcher

I join this forum and found out basically how I should be playing if I wanted to win orges bit of eye opener ...

Have since also bought 1 more butcher and 2 sabretusks

So so glad my wife doesn't read this LOL

So here I am now painting and 're painting everything to try to get it all together pictures will follow I have some work in progress pics I will post note that half if the army were painted green so everything us getting 're done

More to follow

Did he just laugh at me bring me his head so I can ask
So struggling to come up with good painting theme for sabretusks and due 10 gap realy not happy with my painting standards anymore but gotta keep pushing on not really looking forward to painting 30 gnoblars grrr what a pain they gonna be almost while army is now fleshed out bar 6 leadbelchers which I'm happy about hope to finish them off by end of September

Now off to stomp some thinlings

Lighter colours I find are slightly more difficult on the tusks, but it depends entirely on your army theme. I quite like painting them like Arctic Wolves, or just straight up like dark skinned lions. Stripes are tough if you're not happy with your painting level...

either way - I look forward to seeing the results!

Would love to see some pictures of this army as you bash through painting them all, if you get a chance to post up some pictures that is.

Don't be a stranger! Keep banging up stuff on your Gnoblog; always interested to see armies being built.
