Kilo - Ogre Kingdoms Army

Damn they look good....but what's really caught my eye, is the Giant in the background.....is that a Forgeworld Giant, or the beginnings of a homemade mutation?

Its the Curs'd Ettin model from Forge World.  Im gonna use it as the Giant for my OK army.  Still trying to decide if any conversions are necessary.   I really like the fluff of the Gorger and i thought this model kind of went along those lines as well.

Great work!  How do you do the fur on your Mournfang?  I'm about to jump into mine but I'm failing epically!

I used an airbrush for the fur.  Went light to dark (vallejo air colors). I think it was light brown flat brown medium camo brown and black, but i honestly cant remember.

Mostly because i wasnt too happy with it.  It needs a highlight i think.  My problem with the mournfang was that i tried to paint four at once. I would strongly recommend against doing that!

I may go back at some point and do some briush highlights... Or i may paint up some new ones eventually once i finish the army.
