I want to paint my ogres this color. Is it like flesh with grey added? I cant figure it out

I made the following colors with my Vallejo game color paints. If these colors were used I'd try something like this:

Base coat: 1:1:2, Heavy Skintone:Stonewall Grey:Bonewhite (would be easiest over a white or grey undercoat)
Wash: 1:1 Nuln Oil and Aggrax Earthshade (the brown wash has some red in it and the black wash added in helps kill it. I recommend glazing it into the crevices. What's the point of washing the whole thing when you're just going to top coat it?)
Top coat: 1:1:2:2, Heavy Skintone:Stonewall Grey:Bonewhite:Off White

These mixes are just a possible starting point. I'd experiment until you find what you like.
