A Few Quick questions :)

Hey Still relatively new to fantasy and have a few questions I would like answered.
Some may sound silly, but I am asking for clarity
 
1) Do ogres/MFC etc get impact hits on an over run? some people say yes some say no... so
2) Can you charge through friendly units? or do you need a "Straight" clear line?
3) Can I cast Brain Gobbler from combat since its a "hex"
4) Do I Get stomps against Cav? I have never taken any and don't have my BrB to hand to answer it myself ]
5) If I scout ME's up into my opponents deployment zone, can I charge on T1?

1. Yes! It is considered a new charge - even shiftstride applies. But they are first resolved when the new combat is. (most likely in your opponents turn)

2. Straight line - remember you get a free wheel move.

3. Yes, if it is a hex. (not 100% sure if it can only be cast on the unit in combat with)

4. Nope

5. Only if you dont go first in turn 1.

Good question. I think you would then lose the chance to charge as you start the movement first. BUT I do not know the specific rule for the bret prayer, so I might be in over my head here.

No, you are still going first. The Brett player gives his opponent first turn to Pray. So basically you won't get a turn 1 charge against brettonia.

Yes, the combat will  be done in your opponents CC-fase, with you as charging unit

No, not through. But there are some "points to pay attention to.
# You don't have to think about the 1" rule, when you have to squeze yourself pass some friendly units / terrain.
# If any model of the unit can see the unit around the corner of a building/unit. You messure the distance at the closest models of both the units.  You may postpone your first 90 turn, till you past the building/unit and close the door when getting in contact with it., etc... But check first, if you could hit the unit, before you declare a charge.
# not to forget... your friendly units could make way, with also charging, of course.

Yes.
Also with the errata update. You do not need "line of sight".

No

No matter, where you deploy them as scouts...You cannot charge in turn 1A, but you can if you are the player, in turn 1B

You can not charge through your own unit, but you can declare a charge "through" your own unit if it that unit also declares a charge so that it's possible to move you without touching it (ignore 1" rule when moving chargers)
