Thundertusk/Stonehorn on a 60mm base?

original thread ↗

I'm thinking about running a counts as Eldar Wraithlord based on the Thundertusk/Stonehorn model, but before I buy the parts to make the conversion, I'd like to find out if the model would even fit on a 60mm round base.  Does anyone know the "footprint" (based on where the model actually touches its base) of the model itself?  I know the Thundertusk/Stonehorn is usually based on an 150mm x 100mm rectangular base, but it looks like there's plenty of room to spare.

If one of the members of my local gaming club had one, I'd measure it myself, but none of them play Ogre Kingdoms.

Any help/advice is much appreciated.
Hi ikew,
The greatest distance between the feet is 80mm, but it could be reduced to 75mm as the front foot is slightly lifted. Still wont fit on a 60mm round base without significant conversion. I have converted one of mine to be rearing up on it's hind feet, as have others on here, so it would fit on a 60mm round, but will overhang a lot. Do a search, Rockmuncher has a good set of pics.
Thanks for the measurements.  I like the look of the rearing stonehorn, but I'm not sure it would work for my wraithlord concept.  Too bad.  Maybe a similar conversion will work down the road if (when) the Eldar get a model based on the large 40k oval base.

Thanks again!
