Colonel's green ogres

original thread ↗

About 5 years ago I started my green ogres, and immediately had my hobby wrecked by someone playing lots of ethereals. The green ogres have since been used as trolls in my orc army, but i'm bringing them back out and adding to the army. Anyhow, here is some of what I hope to make a 2500pt army by May 18th for a tourney.

And here is a WIP yhetee trio
Really nice concept and execution, love the blue tattoos on those guys.  I like the yhetee conversions too, the hair blends in well with the body.
Nice work, I do like seeing other peoples big orcs, and these are great.  Cant wait to see your finished yhetees.

Found some more time to paint yhetees.. I think the savage heads are much better than the originals even for a non orc ogre army if you don't paint them green. WIP but its a good start for testing color scheme.
I thought I had posted my BSB here already but dont see it, so here goes. Ork warboss head and squig hand, minotaur arms, widened ogre body and lengthened legs, brass rod banner pole, lots of green stuff:

for size comparison..

Been working on the PITA cannon.

I snap it all together for gaming and pull it apart to paint!

Looking good!

Love the BSB, have you posted him in the "Show Us Your BSBs" thread yet?

HG
Wow Snap together to Play and apart to paint.. I wish I did that!
