Maximum combat res that can be earned in a challenge

This question came up earlier, and with neither of us having access to our books, we just played on.  Still:

What is the maximum amount of combat res you can earn in a challenge?  I know in previous editions it used to be 3 plus the number of wounds whatever you killed had, but I think it changed this edition.  Help a guy out?

You need pages 102 - 103 of the BRB for this but basically the answer to your question is 5 points  maximum of extra combat res can be generated in this way.
