I think that this list would be super fun.  It would suck bad, but it would be fun.

You would need special permission from your opponent, but this is the what I was thinking.

Heros.  Only hunters

Core.  Only gnoblars

Special.  Only yhetees and gorgers

Rare.  stonehorns and thundertusks.

Allow a hunter to act as the general.  I would like to do this.  It would suck, but I would love it.

That would be fun!

To get rid of having to get permission from your opponent...

Do a Bruiser/Tyrant with Mountaineater (read the passage on mountaineater.. they climb dangerous mountains or w/e).. It would maintain your fluff and give you a legal general!

And why not have a Beasts Butcher/Slaughtermaster?

The descriptions of Beasts wizards in the Empire book suggests that they wander round the hills and live in caves etc. Perfectly fluffy for your list, assuming that the Ogre equivalent has the same traits (and it's hard to believe an Ogre equivalent would be more 'civilised').

If you want to run Hunters as generals then where are the kitties to help him? Also I believe the fluff on the Mournfangs says they live in caves, maybe get permission while you're at it to run some riderless SoM type dog bears. Otherwise sounds like a lot of fun for a theme.

You don't have any scraplaunchers in there ether.  I mean they are gnoblar made and used. It would stick with your theme. Although I haven't used the scraplauncher in the new book, might be better to stick with the big monsters
