2500 Ogres vs Beastmen (Dubbel_zout vs Rothgar13)

Hey everyone last weekend I got to once more play a 2500 point game against my friend and enemy general Rothgar13 at our local gaming shop Redcaps Corner ( http://www.redcapscorner.com/ ). He wrote up a BatRep for it on the Beastmen forums so I thought I'd link it here.

He mostly covers his side of the match so if anyone has any interest in my side of the table let me know. My boys have eatin' so many jerk goats, I'm starting to wonder if I should have painted them up like Jamaicans.

That seemed like a fun battle on all amounts...I have yet to play against BM but im excited too now!

Another battle between the Silk Road raiders and those damn jerky goats. Highlights of this game are 1. remembering your playing Blood and Glory on turn 5.5 and thinking you just lost because of it (me) then realizing that because its Blood and Glory you actually won the game a round and a half ago, and 2. this wacky double Thundertusk list which sorta failed. Ogres and crossbows are like 1 hit in 20+ shots so far woot.
Please forgive the cardboard hammer as I was experimenting with multiples of models I already regret buying one of.

Also can I just say that there are 4 phases in a turn of Warhammer. Movement, Purple Sun, Shooting, and Combat. Getting real sick of PurpleSunhammer. The poor balance of this game frustrates me more and more.....
