If a char is in the second rank carrying sword of swiftness does he get to ASF or does he only hit when the rest of the supports hit?

He still hits at ASF step, he is only limited to 3 attacks when fighting from the support ranks (1 for normal infantry).

There is only news. There is no good or bad.
