Do you like the quality of the new Hobbit miniatures?

Having read the book and seing the movie, I saw the dwarves come to life.
And with GW starting up their new Hobbit line, I decided to take a look at them.
By God, I was shocked at some of the modelling.
The Goblins were well done, as were the fell wargs and orcs. But the dwarves and the white counsel models don't even resemble the characters.
Take a look at the "Riddles in the Dark" model featuring Smeagle and Bilbo. Smeagle looks very bad and Bilbo looks very different!
Personally, I don't like their new models, but how about you guys?

New Eagles and Wargs are sex on a stick.  Rest of the range is garbage saddly

I would like to see how the eagles size up to the warhammer fantasy ones, they would be a great addition to my wood elf army...

The eagles are smaller then the great eagles, just slightly bigger than 40k Gargoyles.
Friend bought the white counsel and god Solomon looks odd! He had a miscast so his mouth and eyes are drooping down so he looks like Forever alone! XD XD XD

Fortunatly GW has other sculpts than those ones in the White Council. They actually did Fall of the Necromancer a while back and there were some nice sculpts released for that.

Not going to be getting any myself. Not only do we have a lot of new Failcast but the prices are even more crazy than normal. I mean, £50 just for the rulebook or a bargain £75 for the boxset.... I almost coughed up a lung when I saw what they are charging people.
