This is a 2k list that is about fun and putting as many guys on the table as possible, I'm new to 40k (grew up with fantasy) and not sure how viable this list is so any feedback would be much appreciated thanks.

Replace the Sluggaz with Shootaz. Stick a Nob with Powerklaw in every unit. Entertain the possibility of a Big Mek with Kustom Force Field and a unit or two of Lootaz. Shoota Boys are one of the best troops choices in the game and with a Powerklaw to help with tanks there's not a lot they can't drown in shots and attacks. Spamming them has been a valid tactic since the current book was released.
I don't suffer from mental instability. In fact, I enjoy it immensely.

Gutlord Inquisitor: FORUM FIGHT! Me, I'm betting on the stronghold. Sure, they're outnumbered with thick skulls, stubborn bull-headedness and an inflated sense of self-worth, but hey, they're Ogres.

I agree with Eg, and you should maybe take away a sqad of stormboyz, (Plus I thought their max unit was 20) and throw in nobs with power klaws to the field boyz. Replace the sluggas with shootas. Maybe lootas or a big block of Tankbustas, or even 12 burna boyz in a truck or battlewagon.
